Our agile approach to change management commits to developing internal communications materials including: training collateral, promotional material, briefing notes to all staff, support, tips and tricks, FAQs, Quick Reference Cards, promotional material, and videos. We provide ongoing leadership and advice to Senior Management on strategic and implementation plans, and policies related to the deployment and governance of M365. This can include retention policies on Microsoft Teams, private/group chats, and SharePoint Online.
