The Orangutech Wizdom Implementation Process

Orangutech Wizdom implementations follow a 5 step process, designed to shorten the time needed to get your new Intranet up and running. Our project implementation team makes sure that everything progress as planned in collaboration with your project stakeholders and will be your point of communication and coordination with the Wizdom team.


We go through your reqiorements together. 


You define the look & feel of your Wizdom intranet. 


We install and configue Wizdom according to the specifications.


We provide training for you to work with Wizdom.


You create content and launch your intranet while we support you. 

Need more assistance during your LiveTiles Implementation?


Orangutech can provide these added services, at an additional cost:


Basic training comes standard with your purchase of LiveTiles. However, if you need more custom training for your team, we have your covered


The migration of your old intranet solution content is not included as part of your LiveTiles implementation, but it can be, if you need help from the Orangutech team, we can provide an estimate to clean up and move your legacy content to your new LiveTiles Intranet. 


Integrations to other systems or the development of customized functionality are not included in your standard LiveTiles implementation. If you need any help during the implementation to build out that functionality, Orangutech can provide an estimate on what it would take to build that out.
