As an Implementation specialist, you will serve as the key technical point of contact for software implementation once sales have been finalized. Implementation specialist will work in a consultative role to assist in the successful closing of projects by performing technical presentations of different software solutions. Notice: Due to COVID-19, Orangutech and its consultants are currently working from home for the foreseeable future. Interviews will be conducted either over phone or video calls. Your responsibilities will include:
Understand the customer's needs, and establish Orangutech’s value-added software as the best
Train on the core software products Orangutech provides to customers,
Build development environments, and use cases to support various client software initiatives
Building environments tailored to customer requirements as proof of concept during the sales lifecycle to illustrate product capabilities and how they align specifically with customer objectives
Supporting level 1 or level 2 client issues sent to use by clients
Ensuring Orangutech’s case management system is kept up to date with all client issues and requests,
Supporting and lead our clients on the implementation, configuration, and testing of software products
Solving business problems, and trouble-shooting complex issues surrounding a clients chosen software solution.
Developing customer’s buying vision for how software can help them reduce costs and increase business agility
Take on the role as technical quarterback with the Sales Team for software opportunities under your technical expertise
BA/BS Degree (Computer, Technology and Engineering majors preferred) OR 3-5 years of relevant work experience
Confident and enthusiastic presentation skills
Ability to maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues
Basic understanding of or interest in ITPro related topics such as server and software installation, configuration and administration, especially for Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Office 365 & Azure technologies
Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint architecture, components, and configuration, including the differences between SharePoint versions and hybrid architecture
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, IIS, and Active Directory
Authoritative business analysis capabilities
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic and fast changing environment
