Service Level Agreements
As part of any purchase through Orangutech of one of our supported products, you are provided with a dedicated Orangutech Customer Success Manager, and access to our in-house Support Team.
Orangutech offering the following SLA support hours to our support customers. Our Support Team is based in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
Response Time:
Orangutech guarantees a response time of 4 hours within our office hours
Support Office Hours:
8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (EST)
Monday to Friday
Excluding statutory holidays
Support Channel
As a Orangutech support customer, you have access to our support team.
Support requests can be logged through the following channels, where they will be assigned a support ticket (number) that will be used in the communication regarding the support request.
